HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed on the website, we send your information to the warehouse, usually within 4 to 8 hours. This is so our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Once the order has been sent to the warehouse, it is not possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to correct (s) your address before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, but we'll do everything we can!
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 1~2 business days from the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but there are circumstances where the shipment is delayed that are beyond our control which can increase processing times up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 1~2 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, and which shipping method you chose, packages are delivered within 5~25 days from the date of shipment.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do not offer expedited shipping within Canada or the USA as the delivery time is usually less than 1-week.
Some of our products are shipped from international locations such as China, India, Vietnam, Japan, Amsterdam, and Germany. We try to expedite these shipments however, in some situations, these orders may take upto 20 days. All shipments will have a tracking number, and we send out regular updates to the email you provided when you made your purchase.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Our goal is to get your products to you as soon as possible. If products are out of stock or delayed, items may be shipped independently. Also, if the items are small enough to be bundled together, we may ship these items together to reduce shipping costs. Separate packages that may be several business days apart.
OUT OF STOCK/BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:
If any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2-weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
Our warehouse staff is super quick, so if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, but we'll do everything we can!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the USA, Canada and Mexico. We expect to be shipping to Ireland, South Africa and Dubai soon. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, or Jamaica. Standard shipping will take 15-25 days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 1 or 2 days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. Also, to help us understand the issue, please take photos of the shipping package and the damaged item so we may take action to prevent this issue and to have your replacement sent out as soon as possible.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?
If any of your purchased items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We have a Money Back *Guarantee which lasts 30 days from the delivery of your order, some conditions apply. DO YOU USE DISCREET PACKAGING?
Yes, all of our packages are shipped with only your address and the return address of the warehouse. You can't tell what is in the package without opening it.
